Founding Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a Founding Infrastructure Engineer to help turn our autonomous agent prototype into a reliable, secure, production-grade platform. You will own the core runtime that powers long-running autonomous agents operating on real production codebases. This is a founding role with massive technical ownership.

What you'll do

• —Build and scale the agent runtime that operates continuously on customer codebases
• —Design systems for repo ingestion, CI integration, task orchestration, failure recovery, and agent scheduling
• —Own reliability, observability, and on-call
• —Build secure, multi-tenant infrastructure
• —Design agent execution sandboxes
• —Build guardrails and policy enforcement systems

What we're looking for

• —5+ years building production distributed systems
• —Experience owning reliability for critical infrastructure
• —Deep experience with CI/CD, containers, cloud infrastructure, and orchestration systems
• —Strong product intuition for developer tooling
• —Has built systems that break at 3am — and fixed them

Nice to have

• —Experience with GitHub/GitLab integrations
• —Experience building internal developer platforms
• —Experience with large monorepos
